Our Solution

We built a custom Lightning application that automated the entire loan pipeline. Record-triggered flows handled status transitions and notifications, while a custom Apex integration synced application data with the underwriting API in real-time. A purpose-built LWC dashboard gave managers visibility into every application without running reports manually.

!The Challenge

This logistics company had Salesforce, a warehouse management system, a custom fleet tracking tool, and an accounting package — none of which talked to each other. Customer service reps had to check four different systems to answer a single delivery query. Data discrepancies between systems caused invoicing errors that were costing the company thousands monthly.

Our Solution

We designed and built a middleware integration layer using MuleSoft, connecting all four systems with Salesforce as the single source of truth. Platform Events handled real-time updates from the fleet tracking system, while scheduled batch jobs reconciled data nightly. A custom Service Cloud console gave reps a unified view of every customer interaction, order, and delivery status.

Our Solution

We ran a full org audit, identified and retired redundant automation, migrated critical workflows to Flow, rebuilt key pages as Lightning record pages with custom LWC components, and established a proper DevOps pipeline. We also ran training sessions to bring the team up to speed on the new setup.
